"The Disruptive Warrior

The Hero's Journey to Corporate Actualization"

LTV Dynamics works with small businesses - organizations with less than $50 million in annual revenues -- doubling them in size in 12-24 months.

Our clients have included businesses in the industries of technology, architecture, engineering, marketing and public relations, associations, education as well as international clients in the areas of timber, oil and gas, window and door manufacturing, vehicle production, and magnetics.

LTV Dynamics was started in 1997 with a focus on growing small businesses with the same level of aggressiveness and insight that was being used by large companies with strong, distributed sales forces.

Utilizing behavioral customer metrics and proactive corporate value predictive tools, LTV Dynamics has amassed a strong record of growing businesses around the world with successful engagements in the United States, Russia, China, Turkey, Latvia and Mongolia.

Brad Dawson, the Managing Director, brings nearly four decades of management consulting experience to  LTV Dynamics.  Prior to starting LTV Dynamics in 1997, he was a senior-level sales director and management consultant for Electronic Data Systems (now, Hewlett-Packard, NYSE:HP), a national practice manager for Coopers & Lybrand’s Management Consulting Practice (now, International Business Machines Corporation, NYSE:IBM) and, a senior consultant for KPMG Consulting.

In addition, he is a former adjunct professor with Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO – Russia) having taught finance and investment management to managers of former Soviet Union businesses during the period of perestroika.
